The new Bebecar Ip-Op is stylish and ultra compact. The Bebecar Ip-Op has adjustable handles and with a slide of a switch, self-aligning lockable swivel wheels. The swivel wheels are self lubricating which gives a really smooth ride. The Bebecar Ip-Op has a reversible lie flat seat so baby can either face you or face away to explore the world. Comes complete with changing bag and footmuff
