| STM Storchenmuhle from Germany have been at the forefront of child safety car seat design. Back in 1963 Storchenmuhle produced the first worldwide car seat called Nicki from Storchenmuhle built in Storchenmuhle's purpose built factory. In 1984 Storchenmuhle produced the first child car seat with a 4-point belt system. Then in 1989 Storchenmuhle are the first German company to introduce a rearward facing system onto the market. In 2001 Storchenmuhle are the first producers to introduce an isofix system for an infant carrier. Throughout the years STM Storchenmuhle have been leading the way in comfort and safety in the baby car seat and child car seat industry. |
