I just wanted to say thank you for your superb service. I ordered 2 Jane Strata car seats on Wednesday and they arrived the next day. This is fantastic especially after originally experiencing problems with a local retailer who took my money and never delivered the car seats – I am still waiting over 6 weeks later and my babies are now 2 weeks old! I enquired on Tuesday about purchasing a twin pram as mine had broken and I needed one urgently. I was told that the one I wanted was in stock and would be sent to me the next day. At 10 am on Thursday my order had arrived at my house. Thank you for such a speedy (FREE) delivery.
