Car Seat Function
Suitable from birth to 13kg and built to meet the highest safety and quality standards, Doona means there'll be no need for you to be dragging your car seat around throughout the day. It features anti-rebound crash technology, a superior 5-point safety harness, unique double wall Side-Impact Protection and fail-safe mechanisms and guidelines put in place to ensure it is fitted into the car correctly. It even includes a seat protector, so you won't have to worry about dirtying your car if you've been out in messy environments.
All of this ensures your baby stays snug and secure in the seat and will help in protecting them in the event of a collision. The Doona has been tested and certified, conforming to safety regulations ECE R44/04, EN 1888 and is a rear-facing car seat for even greater protection.

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 12pm the same working day, this does not include orders received on Saturday or Sunday. These orders may be processed ready for dispatch, however courier collections are made from Monday to Friday.
Availability denotes the length of time the item will take to be available to dispatch.
Shipping denotes the duration of time that an items takes to reach its destination the either our warehouse or manufacturer's warehouse. For example an item with "Available in 7-10 working days" and "Standard Delivery" should be expected in 9-12 working days. Please note working days excludes weekends and bank holidays.
All orders go through a series of security checks to protect the cardholder, errors on the address details, contact telephone number or e-mail address may result in the dispatch of your order being delayed. In the first instance we will attempt to contact you via e-mail to resolve any inaccuracies or errors present.
We work with a range of couriers to ensure you order arrives with you as per our delivery terms. Our current courier partners include DPD, Parcel Force and Royal Mail. Depending on your order we may use one or all on these services. We dispatch from multiple locations which may result in your order arriving on two separate consignments.
Items directly dispatched from the supplier will be clearly marked on the product details page and will vary from supplier to supplier.
With the exception of made to order items and products sent directly by the supplier below you will find our standard delivery terms. Please note that we only ship within the United Kingdom. Also the following brands only deliver to UK mainland post codes, excluding some Scottish post codes:- Ickle Bubba, East Coast, Tutti Bambini, Silver Cross furniture, CuddleCo.
Tutti Bambini - If the goods have been sent with the courier, we will now need to charge a 30% handling fee in order to stop them with the carrier and will be refunded less this fee which includes picking, transport and insurance costs.

If you are not home and have not responded to the courier's requests for a specific delivery/re-delivery day the courier's terms are that they will leave your order with a neighbour.
