Recaro's Tian Core has been designed to give you the best start right from the first kilometre. It combines ergonomic design, with intelligent functions and a safety concept that only Recaro can provide you with to create a versatile car seat perfect for any kid. 

The Tian Core is suitable from 9 months to 12 years, meaning that after the infant stage it might be the only car seat your child ever needs. Tian is lightweight at only 8.4kg meaning that carrying it to and from the car is no hassle at all so if you often switch between cars you can do so with ease. 

While in the Group 1 stage the Tian features an intuitive and central harness adjuster with the HERO harness guide to help you ensure a safe and secure fastening for your child on every journey. The Group 1 stage also features coated belt tongues that are protected from getting as hot as regular seat belt tongues to protect your little one's hands from getting hurt in the warmer summer months.

Recaro's patented HERO safety system is a single unit featuring shoulder pads, shoulder straps, and a headrest designed to prevent the harness from twisting or slipping during the drive, while also helping you to fasten your child in with ease. The Tian also includes Advanced Side Protection to absorb the force in the unlikely event of a side collision. 

The adaptive backrest features seating foam designed to both follow the contours of your vehicle's seat as well as your child's body shape so that it can provide the comfiest journey for your child everywhere you go. It can also be height adjusted with the headrest so that it remains comfortable as your little one continues growing. The adjustable seating angle also provides them with a comfier seat to fall asleep in when they need an on-the-go nap.
