At Baby's-Mart we understand ordering online can be confusing sometimes
so here are some frequently asked questions:
- How do I contact Baby's-Mart?
You can e-mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org or if you would like to
speak us in person phone us on 0117 904 1144. Phone lines are
manned from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday. Our representatives
can offer advice on your ideal travel system and also recommend
suitable baby car seats.
- How long do you take to reply to e-mails?
We aim to reply same working day. If your query is more
urgent feel free to call us for an immediate response on
0845 250 4545.
- Can you offer advice?
Yes, we have expert sales advisors ready to answer your questions as well as some specialists in Child Car Seats and Prams. In most cases we can answer any question thrown at us. Should there be something we are not sure about then we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to find an answer.
- I cannot find the product I am looking for on line?
Please phone us on 0117 904 1144 and we will do all we can to help.
- Do you price match?

- Are you new to the nursery industry?
No, our parent company has been retailing nursery goods for over 30 years and has an excellent reputation in the industry. You can find out more about our company by visiting the About Us page.
- Are you a bona fide dealer?
With over 30 years nursery industry experience we have strong relationships and hold accounts with all major suppliers and brands in the sector including Quinny, Silver Cross and Phil & Teds
- How long are goods guaranteed for?
All nursery goods have a minimum 6-month guarantee. Many brands have longer guarantee periods, for example Cosatto pushchairs have a four year guarantee. For more information on specific brands either call or e-mail us.
- Can I return goods I do not like?
Yes, you are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations and by law have 14 days in which to examine your purchase. At Babys-Mart we offer a 14 day cooling off period. The goods must be unused and in their original undamaged packaging, in as new condition. We must be advised within 14 days; you can arrange return yourselves or use our highly discounted carrier contract. Please read our terms and conditions for more information.
- What if my goods are damaged in transit?
Notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your item and we will collect the goods free of charge and arrange to send a replacement.
- What if I require a repair?
Contact our returns department at email@example.com and they will arrange return of the goods in question. If it is a manufacturing fault it will be repaired and returned to you free of charge. When you email us, please make sure you include the following details in your email so we can deal with your enquiry as quickly as possible:
- Your name
- Date of purchase
- Order number
- Product name
- Delivery date
- Your address
- Your mobile and home phone number
Sometimes we will send a replacement part if it in not difficult to fit. Our approved workshop can also deal with your non-warranty repairs; we will phone you with a quote once the item has been inspected. Please note all items being collected must be boxed to avoid damage in transit and you must be available to sign for the collection.
- Can I order by phone?
Yes of course. We are open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Saturday. To place an order by phone, make sure you have the product’s full name that you are purchasing, your payment details, phone number and address. Then give us a call on 0117 904 1144.
- How can I pay?
We accept all major cards except Amex through our secure payment gateway. Payments can also be made via paypal.
- Are my credit card details safe with you?
Yes, absolutely. Our software encrypts your details when they leave your computer, they can only be decrypted by the software in our system. For additional security all online orders do not show full credit card detail, just the last four digits. Please look for security symbols throughout our website which confirms that we are safe and secure, all the time. Your details are shredded in house once they are finished with and computer files deleted, unless you have consented to receive mail offers from us.
- Why are your prices so low?
Babys-Mart operates from warehousing so we do not have high costs associated with high street sales. We also work to find the best deals from our suppliers and buy big to get the best price. All this allows us to offer exceptional deals on a range of products including baby prams, baby buggies, high chairs and nursery furniture.
- Can I specify a delivery date?
Yes, we can work with you to schedule your delivery for a day convenient to you. Either call us in advance to discuss your requirements or add a note to your order during checkout. Some nursery furniture brands offer direct delivery of their cots and cot beds but most offer flexible delivery schedules.
- How long does delivery take?
We despatch most orders same working day for orders received before 12pm. Our standard delivery is 2-3 working days, if you have not received your parcel by the end of the 3rd day phone us and we will track the parcel on line. You can upgrade your delivery to our express service which provides a next day delivery. Please see our shipping page for more details of our shipping charges and regions.
- Can I track my order?
We offer order tracking via our sales representatives. Simply call us with your order number on 0117 904 1144 and we can provide an up to date status of your order.
- Where do you ship?
We ship to all areas of the UK. There is a slight surcharge for the highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland. Please see our shipping and handling page. We regret we do not ship to Eire.
