This is why we've joined forces with DPD, a partnership aimed at enhancing customer security and curbing fraudulent activities. DPD has introduced the DPD PIN Code system specifically tailored for online deliveries. It's important to clarify that this system exclusively applies to orders originating from our own warehouses. For deliveries shipped directly by manufacturers (drop-shipping), distinct delivery procedures will be in place.

Navigating the DPD PIN Code Process:
During the order placement, it is important to provide your mobile number and email address in the checkout process.
Following order processing, you will receive a 4-digit PIN Code via email. This PIN Code is to be shared with your DPD driver to facilitate the seamless completion of your order's delivery.
Upon providing the correct 4-digit PIN to the driver, they will input it into their handheld terminal. Subsequent confirmation will enable the release of the designated parcel(s) to you.

PIN Unavailable? No Worries:
Should you find yourself without the PIN at hand, the driver is capable of resending the PIN to the mobile number or email address initially entered in your order.

In scenarios where presenting your unique 4-digit PIN during the delivery attempt is unfeasible, the driver will schedule a reattempt for the following day.
Please take note that this process has been put in place to reinforce the safety and security of your order.
It's crucial to bear in mind that without your DPD PIN or access to the PIN via phone, the driver will regrettably be unable to fulfill the delivery of your parcel.
