Christmas Delivery & Dispatch Schedule
During the Christmas and New Year shutdown deliveries will be affected we will endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible.
We aim to dispatch all orders received by 12pm the same working day, this does not include orders received on Saturday or Sunday. ย These orders may be processed and ready for dispatch, however, courier collections are made from Monday to Friday.ย ย
Deliveries will require a DPD PIN for the DPD delivery driver to release your order.ย Please ensure you carefully enter the correct mobile and e-mail of theย recipient during the checkout.ย More information on DPD PIN Code can be found here
Availabilityย denotes the length of time the item will take to be available to dispatch.ย ย
Shippingย denotes the duration of time that anย item takes to reach its destination the either our warehouse or the manufacturer's warehouse.ย For example, an item with "Available in 7-10 working days" and "Standard Delivery" should be expected in 9-12 working days.ย Please note working days excludes weekends and bank holidays.ย
All orders go through a series of security checks to protect the cardholder, errorsย in the address details, contactย telephone number, or e-mail address may result in the dispatch of yourย orderย being delayed. ย In the first instance, we will attempt to contact you viaย e-mail to resolve any inaccuracies or errors present.
We work with a range of couriers to ensureย your order arrives with you asย per our delivery terms. ย Our current courier partners include DHL,ย Parcel Force, and Royal Mail. ย Depending on your order we may useย oneย or allย of these services. We dispatch from multiple locationsย which may result in your order arriving on two separateย consignments.
Items directly dispatched from the supplier will be clearlyย marked on the product details page and will vary fromย supplier to supplier.
With the exception of made-to-order items and products sent directly by the supplier below, you will find our standard delivery terms. ย Please note that we only ship within the United Kingdom. All service requests and returns for any reason will only be collected from the country that we originally shipped to. Also, the following brands only deliver to UK mainland post codes, excluding some Scottish post codes:- Ickle Bubba, East Coast, Tutti Bambini, Silver Cross furniture, CuddleCo.
Tutti Bambini -ย If the goods have been sent with the courier, we will now need to charge a 30% handling fee in order to stop them with the carrier and will be refunded less this fee which includes picking, transport, and insurance costs.
Silver Cross - Last order date for pre-Christmas furniture delivery is 3rd December 2021ย ย
